RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for your purchase which we hope you are happy with. However if you are not completely satisfied for any reason you can return it to us.

Goods must be returned to us within 28 days of you receiving them. Please note that we are unable to pay the postage for goods being returned, therefore, you will be responsible for postage costs. All items returned must be in a new and unused condition. Place the item in original packaging and return to us. Please contact us either via email contact@bettymojo.co.uk or use our contact form.

After receiving your return and upon satisfactory inspection a full refund will be processed. Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your item to process your refund. The refund will be processed using your original payment method. If the refund is made directly to your credit card this may appear on your next months statement.

If you have paid via Clearpay and require a refund (partial or full) we will do this via the Clearpay Merchant Portal.

The refund will be processed by Clearpay to the shopper's order.

EXCEPTIONS

For faulty, not as described or damaged items, please contact our Customer Service to arrange a full refund or replacement. Remember to include your name, order details and photographs of the item.  If the item is found to be faulty, not as described or damaged then we will cover the cost of receiving the item back to us. Please ensure that if you are sending anything back to us that you contact us in the first instance, and request a proof of postage, as we will not be liable for items lost in transit on the way back to us without this.
