We believe in fair delivery prices which are not added to our prices.  All our delivery options are transparent and competitive and we continually strive to review these to make sure you are getting the best price. Our delivery prices are based on weight and size.

We endeavour to ship all orders out within 5 - 7 working days due to stock availability but at busy times or when a product is handmade to order this may take longer to fulfil. Should goods not be readily available to fulfil your order we will contact you normally well within 24 hours, giving you the opportunity to amend, cancel or wait. However, generally out of stock items will say out of stock. Any orders received after 1pm on a Friday will not be processed until Monday.  If you have an urgent order please contact us and we will do our best to send your order next day delivery (additional postage charges may apply).

Overseas Shipping

Please note that we currently do not ship overseas but if there is an item you would like to purchase please contact us and we may be able to arrange shipping. Delivery would be dependent upon the region in the world and size and weight of item(s). If you have a relative or friend in the UK, Highlands or Islands and would like to send a gift to them, we can arrange this; please contact us and we would be happy to help.
